“Knowing The Truth”

WORD FOR THOUGHT: THE TRUTH UNTOLD IS A LIE EVER TOLD.
TOPIC: KNOWING THE TRUTH.
TEXT: JOHN 8:32 ” Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free”.
A lie is an untold truth, thou it may gain popularity but its strength of popularity is weakness in disguise. Fools fall for a lie, while the wise through the spirit of God decodes a lie. A lie is a direct opposite of a truth.
Your freedom in life is a function of the truth you know. When you tell the truth you escape captivity, but when a person is unconscious of the consequences of telling a lie, the person will remain in bondage. One of the dangers to freedom in life is the danger of remaining a liar.
Anytime you tell a truth you have nothing to protect. A painful truth told is far better that a lie preserved. Any truth is better than a make believe. You can succeed in making people believe that all your evidences are truth, meanwhile they are lies in disguise, it’s only a question of time the truth will be revealed just as no one can prevent the sun from shining, everything shall be brought to light.
“Knowing The Truth”
A truth you tell with a bad intent, beats all the lies you can invent. If you are testifying against someone’s act or concerning a thing let it be out of a good conscience to avoid the wrath of God and not of retaliation . If there be an issue between you and someone, iron it out rather than give a testimony that does not justify the truth being told by you.
I am aware of the world we are living in; where people esteem lies as long as it has something to do against a rivalry .
Proof will become boring and tiresome. People would rather prefer to be handed an easy lie than search for a difficult truth, especially if it suits their own selfish purpose. It’s only a question of time, light shall shine in darkness and darkness shall be exposed. Light shall expose everything hidden and there will be nothing eventually left to hide at the appearing of light.
No matter the allegations leveled against you, stand for the truth even if it will cost you your head, stake it out. It is far better to die for the truth than to live under the shadows of lies and still suffer it’s consequences.
The truth rarely pure and never simple. Don’t expect it from cheap people; it is the most expensive virtue of life.
Truth is a proof of sincerity, and sincerity of ones self is the foundation upon which freedom is guaranteed.
Always tell yourself the truth. Pretending to be someone you are not is a foolish attitude. It is a waste of the person you truly are in reality. If you cannot tell the truth about yourself, you can’t tell it to others.
The truth you fail to tell yourself, God will definitely help you in telling it to you, the very truth you fail to tell Him yourself.
